INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Shipping fees charged by Gym Sock Co DO NOT include customs and duty fees that may be charged by the country of residence. We are not responsible for these taxes and fees and will not refund these incurred charges. Please be aware that you may be charged an additional fee to have the items delivered to your door. These fees vary based on your country of residence.

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Go to our Returns & Exchanges tab to start your return/exchange process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Markdown items & items purchased from events:
Items that have been marked down or purchased from an event are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can exchange full priced items for a different size if you do not love the fit of your purchase. If you need to exchange an item please see our Returns & Exchanges page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging item(s). The return/exchange shipping cost will be deducted from your refund/exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
